Ann’s Simple Cabbage Casserole

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Remove the outer leaves of one green cabbage and chop into thin strips. Saute with salted butter in a large frying pan until beginning to soften. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1 tbsp of minced garlic or yellow onion. Then, place in a greased baking dish.  Pour 1 cup cultured sour cream over the vegetables and let marinate for ten minutes. Bake for twenty minutes, until slightly golden and bubbling.
